Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to a delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible for perishable products.
- If we cannot fulfil an order due to stock, harvest quality, weather, or delivery constraints, we may cancel the order and arrange a refund.

Returns for perishable products
Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishable farm products are not generally returnable after acceptance of delivery. If a product is damaged, spoiled, missing, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos where possible.

Nursery plants and non-perishable products
- Nursery plants must be inspected at delivery. Damage or mismatch should be reported immediately or within 24 hours.
- Returns or replacements may be approved case by case depending on product condition, handling, and availability.
- We may decline returns caused by incorrect care, delayed reporting, improper handling, or conditions after delivery.

Refunds and replacements
- Approved issues may be resolved through replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the product and situation.
- Approved online-payment refunds will be initiated to the original payment method where possible.
- After initiation, refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method, bank, and payment partner processing timelines.
