• Mangoes and selected seasonal products may be shipped across India when logistics and harvest conditions allow.
• Nursery plant delivery depends on plant type, destination, packaging suitability, and transport availability.

Delivery timelines

• Local and regional deliveries are usually planned based on harvest schedules, delivery routes, and order volume.
• Intercity or India-wide shipments may take approximately 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier conditions.
• Seasonal demand, weather, public holidays, courier delays, or address issues may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping charges

Delivery or shipping charges may vary based on product type, weight, location, packaging, and delivery mode. Charges will be shown during checkout where available or confirmed by our team before dispatch for assisted orders.

Packaging and handling

We pack fresh produce and nursery items with care to preserve quality during normal handling. Because the products are natural and perishable, customers should inspect and refrigerate or care for items promptly after delivery where appropriate.

Failed delivery attempts

• Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number.
• If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or calls are unanswered, additional charges or limited refund eligibility may apply for perishable products.
• Risk of loss or quality deterioration may pass to the customer after a reasonable delivery attempt for perishable items.
